member not receiving welcome or opt-in emails

I have a new member, Helene Guezennec (lnguezenn@gmail.com) who didn't receive her automated welcome or opt-in emails in her inbox or spam folders. I had her complete the steps under the 'Members using Gmail' section here:  support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/e...embers-receive-email . I then resent the opt-in email under Membership Management and it's still not being received.

Can you see if the emails are being received by Gmail?

No emails have been sent to lnguezenn@gmail.com‭.
There was an illegal character in her email address, I have correct and resent the opt-in email.
