not receiving emails through vppr-3885194@toastmastersclubs.org from buffer.com

I'm having an issue that looks similar to 
support.toastmastersclubs.org/2011-10-23...wing-up-club-1196053 . 
where I'm not receiving emails through vppr-3885194@toastmastersclubs.org from buffer.com(104.18.98.118). Their support saw an error 'Email not delivered 
because a previous message to recipient bounced or was marked as spam.'. They had me add the following to winchestertm.toastmasters.org whitelist:

hello@buffer.com
@buffer.com
@cio51677.buffermail.com
@cio51677.buffer.com
@cio51677.youraccount.buffer.com
@cio51677.vppr-3885194@buffer.com

and they are now reporting emails are being sent but I'm still not getting them. I've tested ppr-3885194@toastmastersclubs.org from an email account 
not in my profile (to be sure) and am receiving those.

 

 

Remember KISS ..... your making it way to complicated.

Your email is joe@joegavin.net which is the same destination as vppr-3885194@toastmastersclubs.org you used your real email to send to your forwarded email which will be blocked by outlook.
Try another email to test from.

You should have received a test from the basic email function.

 

I received your test am getting emails forwarded from other accounts. Just tested again from wanda.freytes@gmail.com and received the email. It appears emails from buffer.com are the only ones I can't. 

Don't know what email address you are sending from @buffer.com so i can not check the logs.

OMG you are using spam heaven as your email sender. Most of sendgrids IP are blocked for spam.
