Two clubs merging - only one has a FTH club website

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am the 2024-2025 VP Ed and Admin for Leaders-Speakers of Tomorrow Club # 1879279
-  lsot.toastmastersclubs.org/  ( 1879279.toastmastersclubs.org/ ) 

We have been running our club meetings jointly with IT Egos # 1483991 AND we have years worth of member, Agenda, and speech details  in lsot.toastmastersclubs.org/  ( 1879279.toastmastersclubs.org/ )  

To the best of my knowledge, IT Egos #1483991 does not have a FTH website and I suspect they never have

We are in the process of MERGING the 2 clubs.   Since IT Egos has more members than Leaders-Speakers of Tomorrow AND has a lower club #,  when  Toastmasters International finishes the June 2025 close, we will migrate our remaining members in Leaders-Speakers of Tomorrow to IT Egos. 

Just to make life even more interesting, IT Egos #1483991 has renamed the club to  IT Leaders and Speakers of Toastmasters Club.  

I would LOVE IT if we did not lose the historical data in   1879279.toastmastersclubs.org/

Can you do a website rename:

- To:   1483991.toastmastersclubs.org/

As the Admin of  Leaders-Speakers of Tomorrow Club # 1879279, I'll be the last person to migrate over to the new merged club.   I just want to make sure we don't loose our historic data.

The club number is keyed to everything in the database to display a club site and cannot be swapped. It's not the same as moving web server content to another domain. There's also no process to transfer someones participation history to another club site.

Before the site is lost please run the entire role & speech (separate reports) history for each member of 1879279 and save as PDF.

1483991.toastmastersclubs.org/ exists but has not yet been customized by that club.

I can attempt to change the club number for you - but no guarantees that it will work perfectly.
We will need a request from the admin of the other site  1483991.toastmastersclubs.org/   to delete that
