We are not getting the forwarded emails

Our club no: 2508
Private website domain: Davietoastmasters.org
Issue: We are trying to send emails using the list posted in the website:

• vpe@davietoastmasters.org, vpm@davietoastmasters.org, vppr@davietoastmasters.org, etc.

Each member has an email on the site that should be used for the forwarded emails, but no one is getting any test emails we are sending. Can someone please help us?

If you use a custom domain, it must be configured correctly for the features to work.
Please follow the instructions provided in the documentation  FreeToastHost 3 Support - Configuring DNS settings for a Custom Domain Name

I think your email forwarding needs to be managed through your domain provider. It is separate from FreeToastHost.

If it were me, I would drop the domain Davietoastmasters.org in favor of an alias: Davie.toastmastersclubs.org.

Email forwards would be 
president-2508@toastmastersclubs.org
vpe-2508@toastmastersclubs.org
etc.

Not as pretty and comes with some limitations, perhaps, but simple.
