adminstratiors on account not longer with toastmasters

Greetings 
I am unable to access our website:  

2061.toastmastersclubs.org/

Two of the administrators are no longer with Toastmasters.  
NOTE: The contact email(s) ( tjdunn61@gmail.com; hreinking@siouxlandchamber.com; crossroadleadership@gmail.com ), will be used to ask for approval of this request.
Mine tjdunn61@gmail is the only current one.
If I go to the update admin spot and submit.  I am not getting an email.  Don't know where it's going.  

I can't figure out how to fix this, 
I am listed as our club contact on club central
I had a heck of a time even getting to a spot to request help  lots of steps to jump through here.
Can you assist please?

Sorry I don't get this, that wasn't helpful. Please draw me a bigger picture. with more detailed steps.
