Hello!

The following new members are not showing on the website/agenda:

Timothy (Tim) Ford
Diaraye Sylla

I checked with Toastmasters International, and they are both registered in this club.

You'll need to enter them in FTH.

Is there a reason why I would need to enter the new members when there has been at least one new member signed up with Toastmasters after these members and the name appeared on the platform.

Indeed there is - the FTH site is not connected with Toastmasters.org.
You are free to enter names of members as they are in the preliminary stages of joining, or any time after you've collected dues and paperwork.
