RE:  New Member Added - Unable to login - System not recognizing the member name when typing in at login screen.

The name shows up in Membership Management with text crossed through with a line.
When Jess types in her name on the login screen, she gets the following message.You have errors in your form below. Please scroll down and correct the following:

1. You must select your name from the displayed drop down list for the login to be accepted. Start typing your name or e-mail, then select your name from the list. If your name does not appear, then the admin has not entered your contact information into this website yet.

E-mail, Name, or Username  Enter your E-mail, Name, or Username, then select your Name or Username from the pop-up list that displays.
NO NAME DISPLAYS AS A POP UP for this member.

How do we fix it?
