I think that response to pings from that IP address has been turned off for a while. I don't get any response from it, either.

6) Your whois record shows the domain server renew prohibited and probably expires July 13, 2026. You may want to get that resolved. Toastmasters.org does hold a non-profit designation in many countries. You will need to contact TI to see if they have one for your country.
