email function of FTH doesn’t work

Hello,My name is Kenichi Yamada. I am the webmaster for FreeToastHost (FTH) Club #5042827.Please address an issue with the mass-email / broadcast system used to email club officers and mailing list members via FTH. Currently, two of our seven officers are no longer able to send broadcast emails using FTH. The broadcast function is working normally for the other five officers. The internet and email environments for the affected officers are as follows:#1 President: TM Okamoto, Akiko Internet Service Provider:  BIGLOBE Inc. Webmail service: Gmail#2 Vice President Education: TM Tsunemi, Masayo Internet Service Provider: (NTT MEDIASUPPLY CORPORATION)Webmail service: GmailFor your reference, regarding #1: She previously could not send emails using her ISP email address, so she switched to Gmail, which temporarily allowed her to send them. However, she is now unable to send emails via Gmail as well.Regarding #2: She had been able to send broadcast emails without any issues until about a month ago while serving as Vice President PR, but the broadcasting function stopped working for her about a week ago.The email addresses used for sending broadcast emails is as follows:officers-5042827@toastmastersclubs.orgThis email address is being protected from spambots.
