How do you add roles that do not take up time?

In the FTH 2.0 documentation, it states, "Roles that do not take up any particular block of time in the meeting will appear with a dash in the "Time" column", but it gives no instructions.

How EXACTLY do you add these roles when there are time start's and time stop's that auto-fill the last time used on the agenda?

You make the start and stop time the same.
