Adding Theme to Signup Sheet

Nearly every week when we pass the signup sheet around at our meeting, I am asked, "What's next week's theme of the day?" or "I want to sign up for ........ but I want to know what the theme is before I do." Is there a way to include this on the signup sheet that I have not yet discovered?

I thought about adding a role and creating 5 "members" that fulfill this purpose. #1 I think that's a really bad hack but will do it if I have to, and #2 when I added the role, it still wasn't showing up on the role sheet.

Any advice? Thanks!

add a role called Theme, the Toastmaster of the day and VPEd can change it then as required
