Creating a District DL

Hi! We are trying to create the most effective district distribution list we can for events, etc. As you can imagine we have corporate clubs using internal websites and DLs, public clubs using ToastHost. For ToastHost users, we are trying to determine if it's possible to gather all of the email aliases from the various ToastHost websites and send communications that will forward to the membership rather than gathering all of the individuals email addresses on an almost constant basis. Is this possible or does the forward only work within the individual websites/clubs?

1) FTH is not meant to be a distribution list there are other products on the web for that. Constant contact, mailchimp, etc

2) the district trio has access to the officers and members list with all emails, if they need a mailing list that would be the best source.
