Guest mailing Address field

Is there a way to add Guest mailing address field on our club website. We would like to start sending a handwritten note to all our guests and previous VPM's have not kept the form they filled out when visiting our meetings. We would like to add this field to our Free Toasthost website to ensure we always have a record of all the details they give us.

I was actually asking if there is a field label for Street Address, City, State, Zip Code that can be added or turned on in the Guests tab?
All I am seeing is notes.

No FTH does not track that sort of personal information and because of privacy laws never will.
