Admin updating attendance?

Is there a way that, by passing an attendance sheet around at the meeting, that an admin (or VPE) can update other people’s planned attendance in advance? Our members are generally pretty good about one off absences, but if they’re going to have an extended absence it would be handy to have that in the system in advance without the member having to go in each week and update it. 

FTH does have a 5 future meeting signup sheet, that can be printed and passed around. Why not just ask people to put their attendance on it?

Sure, that’s no problem. What I’m asking is systematic though - once we have those absences on paper, is it possible for someone besides the member (I’m thinking admin or VPE) to go flag their meeting attendance in FTH itself? I know everyone can flag their own; but is there an officer/admin “back door”?

Youll have to forgive my asking, the attendance function didn’t even exist the last time I was a club admin. 

The VPE or Site admin can update anyone's attendance using the Attendance TAB on the Agenda Edit
