Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

The website for the Dayton Rd TM Club #3595 is missing the Member Management Tab. One of our members fell off the membership list. How do I get him readded?

Talk to your site admin Roman Lynch as membership management is part of the admin console and it is there.

Which member do you believe isn't on your Members list? A best practice is to move a member who leaves active membership to the Former Members tab. Perhaps this person was moved there in error.

Your admin and up to three relevant officers who s/he can assign various Access Settings can add the member back to the Membership Management module using this guide  for adding individual members .  If the member wasn't deleted, s/he can be moved from another tab (e.g., prospects, guests, former members, friends/affiliates) back to the members tab.
