Recently members of my club 9751 have been complaining about the fact that every time they log in to the website they have to make up a new password. I witnessed it last night at my club meeting. Then just now I tried to login as a member and it wouldn't except my password. Please help.

1) When you leave the website do you log out or just close your browser window?

2) have you setup your cookies properly?
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/cookie-settings

3) have you tried clearing your browser cache?
