Attachment to Toastmasters club email address

Hi,

I am VPPR of Blue Bell Toastmasters #397. I need to send out a Open House flier and a Evite to all of the active members. I copied the club members email to a gmail account that I opened for this special event. The email bounced back. It I don't have permission to use the toastmasters email in the way that I did. How can I do a group email with attachments.

The problem is that you are trying to send the email from an email address that the system does not recognize. (a spam control measure) I am guessing that you created this email address for your open house, but unless this email address exists in your website data (e.g. member list), it cannot be used to send emails through the system.
