Sue, if you remove your cookies or prevent the system from setting them, you will run into a variety of issues, including login issues and repeatedly having to clear the cookies prompt. You may not see the relevance... However, as I designed and implemented most, if not all, of the way this works, it *is relevant*. The system depends on storing information in cookies for proper operation.

Like Brian, I was able to log in as you without any issues.

If you can provide screen captures of the issue on your screen and give us further information such as your browser and browser version, we might be able to assist you further. However, until you stop clearing your cookies for the FTH websites, I am not sure that we be able to accomplish much.

I provided all browser information in a previous post.

This problem started on May 24. I did not have this problem before that time. I did not change the browsers I was using or my cookie clearing behavior. I conclude the problem is due to changes you made on or shortly before May 24.

Each time I attempt to login, I "accept" the cookies (again). When I"m successful at logging in, then when I'm done, I logout, close my browser, then manually clear all cookies et cetera.

Accepting the policies (at the top of the screen) is not the same as allowing cookies (browser setting). If you don't allow cookies on your browser, you will very likely be logged off after an apparent successful login.
See the documentation for allowing cookies: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/cookie-settings
On some browsers you can allow cookies for certain domain names - use toastmastersclubs.org, or your full club website url

The problem went away this week, after my last post. I've had no issues logging in to my various club websites this week. My browser/cookie/etc settings and behavior did not change throughout this period. Logically, that means the problem had to have been on your end.

Whatever you did that "broke" things right before May 24, please don't ever do that again. :-)

Whatever you did that "fixed" things again earlier this week, thank-you!
