I used Firefox and I have no problems logging in as you. I type in your last name and you appear.
Thank you,

Sorry for second message - to answer your other question, yes, I cleared caches.

it is more the cookies that cause login problems.

As promised, here are the other browsers with which I've experienced this problem.
Internet Explorer 11.0.9600.19326
Safari 12 (iOS 12.3.1)
Chrome 69.0.3497.100 (use it only rarely, haven't bothered to update it recently)

The problem I'm experiencing started on Friday, May 24. That's the day I first noticed it, at least. Prior to that, with any of the browsers I use (other than Chrome), I did not experience this problem, except occasionally and temporarily, when I presume FTH was undergoing server maintenance.

My behavior w.r.t. clearing caches has not changed. I routinely [ obsessively? :-) ] clear all cookies, history, form data, and all other temp data after browser exit, as well as SSL state. I do this explicitly, manually, even though I also have settings configured for the browser to clear data, as well, upon exit. (I don't trust browser software to clear everything I want cleared.)

If you clear cookies, that will wipe out your login status and the system will forget you are logged in.

This is per design, and will not be changed.

If you intend to continue doing this practice, you should determine if you can set an exception for FreeToastHost websites in your browser settings.

I do not understand how "system will forget you are logged in" is relevant to the problem I'm experiencing.

Each time I attempt to login, I "accept" the cookies (again). When I"m successful at logging in, then when I'm done, I logout, close my browser, then manually clear all cookies et cetera. The next time I attempt to login, I "accept" the cookies (again). And so on. I never STAY logged in perpetually, so there is nothing for the system to "remember" or 'forget".

Again, the problem I've been experiencing is either (1) very long wait time for system to process login request and actually log me in, or (2) after very, very long delay processing login request, system displays error dialog stating javascript and "badgateway" error. (By "login request", I mean that I've entered enough of my email address to get the drop-down box, selected that, entered my password, and clicked the Login button.)
