opt in emails not received

I have entered a new member and have received myself a copy of the email to "opt in", but the new member never received it. She has looked in spam also and it is not there. How do I get a new member to opt in if they never receive and email?

without your club number and at least the members first name there is nothing we can do.

1st verify that the email address entered for them is correct.

If it is, then you can re-send them the opt-in email as explained under "Resend Opt-In Email" in the following:
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/m...ip-panel#add-members

If the person is still having issues getting the email, then review the following:
