Former Club Member Still Gets Information Requests

There is a former member of the club who still gets information requests from prospective members.In going to the club website, under 'Contact Us', I am seeing the contact information for current officers. I have not been able to find anywhere on the club website where this former member's contact information is made available.The former member no longer wants to get inquiries about the club.

Does anyone know where I could check on the club website, to see where the former member's contact information is made available?

The club number is 524 and the member name is Steve Guenther. The club address is 524.toastmastersclubs.org.

Check your contact address in Club Central (TI site). Contacts generated through Find-A-Club go to that address (possibly being forwarded to Steve?). Pathways completion requests also go to that address. If you change that to contact-xxx@toastmastersclubs.org (where xxx is your club number, and the address is enabled on your website), contact enquiries will be forwarded to the 3 club contacts you have on your club webpage, and pathways completion requests from basecamp will be forwarded to your President, VPE & Secretary as recorded on your website. Steve is a member of another club, list a a guest in a second club, and a former member in your club.
Are you sure the email he is receiving is from your club? Do you have a copy of one of the emails with the subject?
