I am no longer website administrator --> Follow-up

Hello,
I had posted an issue I was having two weeks ago about not being able to change the About Us section of our local website. I was busy and not able to reply but I noticed that the initial post got locked.
This is a new post about the same issue. I see the * that you had put at the end of the About Us. However as an Admin I am still not able to see any Edit options to edit the content. I have attached a screenshot of what I see when I go to the About Us section.
Can you please tell me where exactly is the Edit option to make changes?

How do I get to see the Web Page Tools?

sign-in as the admin and launch the admin console.
