From Club #4735, District 31: Hello. When our club name "Boston West Toastmasters" is searched in Google, the wrong club "Boston Toastmasters" appears in the right-hand side of the search page. See attached image. Is there anything we can do to ensure that only our club's information appears?

1) if you want our assistance you have to tell us your club number.

2) please read the documentation on google and search engines.

Google Maps and Google My Business are what are controlling that sidebar display in the Google Search results.

In your case, you do have a Google map in your website, but because you are only establishing your meeting location via an address only (no business or organization name), Google is not providing reviews and ratings that is what shows up in the right side sidebar.

The other club does have a name recognized by google for their meeting venue address. Hence, since Google recognizes them as a non-profit "business", they get special treatment including reviews.

What you should do is use Google My Business to create a name for your club (business in Google parlance) that Google can recognize for the address and then reference that name in your google map.

See www.google.com/business/?ppsrc=GPDA2 to set up your "business" (club) name w/ Google to associate it with the address.

See safehouseweb.com/google-my-business-tool...rofit-organizations/ for more background information.
