Speech Report for future dates

• Context: Our club has recently grown significantly and there are more members wanting to give speeches than slots available.
• Situation: We have one member who signed up to give four speeches within 2.5 months. During an Executive Committee meeting, we were discussing whether we would encourage or require that member to yield some of those speech slots to other members, and we had to look at each agenda, one at a time, for the next 3 months to find her slots (to confirm that there is an issuee).
• Suggested Improvement: It would be GREAT to have a report that shows members' planned future speeches (similar to the current report that shows members' past speeches)!

You can see this information by printing agenda sign-up sheets. Use the Check/Un-Check ALL option to quickly select all future agendas to review.

In addition, when assigning roles in the agenda editor, there is a pop-up that provides this information from the member name drop-down.

Thanks Richard. That is a useful work-around, but it's not as convenient as a direct report, and I think that the report should be easy to implement.

@SteveTheTechie, the Role Tally report provides only numbers, not dates, and it appears to be for PAST roles. I'm looking for a report of FUTURE roles (speaking roles, specifically). Also, I don't understand how it would help me solve this particular issue by using the a pop-up from the member name drop-down when assigning roles: perhaps you could elaborate?

I have used FTH quite a bit for several years, and am very familiar with the existing functionality.

I came to the forum to look for this same report functionality, because I assumed I was just missing/forgetting how to run that report.

The Speech Report is very helpful for past speeches, and the Role Report is great for seeing which roles still need to be filled.

The gap is being able to see, for one member, which speeches they have signed up for in future meetings. I would love the Speech Report to be extended to show future as well as past speeches.
