view of agenda w/o member data

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a view of the agenda that does not have member data that I could directly link to or link to the calendar.  My home club, Cadence AHgorithms, is a hybrid club, and our online guests have repeatedly asked for an easy way to view the meeting agenda.  We have to resort to "printing" the agenda to a PDF and making the file available. This is very inefficient when the data is available on the FTH website.  If your team does not have the programming resources available to work on this as a feature enhancement, I would volunteer my time and expertise as a software engineer with 25+ years of experience to assist.

Thank you for your suggestion.
If I am correct, you are looking for a way to enable guests, not members, to access the agenda.  It matters not if a guest is on an online meeting or at an in-person meeting, in that guests do not have access to the agendas.  They are accessible only by members, as they are the ones taking meeting roles.
When my club met on Zoom during COVID, a period now thankfully in the past, we did what you do, sort of.  We generated a PDF copy of the agenda and posted it in the chat.  That seemed simple and quick enough to me, but apparently we differ in opinion.

I obtain the guests/visitor's email address and send them a copy form your saved file. This is another way to solve the request.

You can upload a pdf and link to it with a link from a file manager.

That is what I'm doing now. Manually creating and rewriting the same file each week.
