How to resend Action Required: mail ?

By mistake some members were transferred to former members list.  The members deleted the Action Required:  mail accidentally and need to be sent again to return recover.  Please advise how I can deal with the trouble.

1) always post yur club number so we can see what has happened

Here are some proposed steps to rectify moving some members to the former members list is as follows:
  1. Select the names of those you'd like to move from the former members tab back to members tab
  2. If the members already opted in, there currently seems no way yet to resend them an opt-in email again since it's not needed.
  3. If the members, who were prospects, guests, and/or friends/affiliates, didn't opt-in yet by clicking the email from server@toastmastersclubs.org , then you can select the recipients on the tab of interest and then the "Membership Tools" drop-down menu in FreeToastHost's Membership Management module to "Re-send opt-in email(s)".
As per Brian's request, you can update your signature in your forum account profile with your club number (by clicking "edit" and then the "profile information" tab) to ensure the team replies to your requests moving forward.
