Officer code sent to president FTH email not received

Hello,

I am the current president of club 1965, Timberline Toastmasters. The VP of Membership was trying to log in and was instructed to receive a code. I did not receive one in either of my forwarding emails. Is there somewhere else that I could have looked for it?

Thank you,

Check the following for tips about seeking missing emails;

support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/e...embers-receive-email

Unless the VPM has their primary email account set to forward to you, only the club site admin would see a member's password reset activity. Note that each member must reset their own password. Neither the club admin nor FTH have access to member passwords.

Thank you for that. I have more info.
The code was generated by gmail. Maybe a sign on verification through gmail. Also due to our Officer emails have two emails. The .org and a gmail account for each officer.
How could this occur and do you know how I can access this?
In other words, most likely a past office set up a second email, (gmail) in FTH for each officer. Are you aware of anything like this?

We do not do anything specifically w/ Gmail, per se.  We really do not care much which email system you use.  (As long as it is not spamming us and conforms to existing, common email standards for headers.)

If a member does not enter a password for their member login, the system presumes it is because they have forgotten it and will send a link to their primary email address that will give them a way to get logged in.

The only place you can define member email addresses is in Membership Management.  The only exceptions are the Admin email address and the Club Archive email address, but those are not treated as member email addresses.  Any features that use email are configured via references to officer roles and/or member names, and the system just uses those to reference back to what was entered for email in Mbr Mgt.

Anything else related to officers and their emails just uses the emails already entered in Membership Management.  Officer emails are disabled (or enabled) in Member Profiles.  Which people are officers and thus have officer email address are set in Membership Management.
