Email VP Membership

Hi,
Friendship 1734, as VP Ed I am still receiving email enquiries instead of VP Membership. I am the website administer.
I fixed DNS and removed my email from blacklist
contact@friendshiptoastmasters.com

 

1) Check email address set for Find a Club.
2) Check email addresses set for Contact Us form & email address.
3) Verify that officers set correctly in Membership Mgt.
4) Check email address set for club archive email address.
5) Check for any forwarding rules in place in end user email accounts (e.g. gmail forwarding rules).

I don't have time to do the above now (got to do my paid work)... but you could check those.

1) Check email address set for Find a Club.
This does not automatically update with officer role changes at toastmasters.org

Your site is set to send email only to VPM (Chad).

Your club currently is not using an archive email address.

5) Check for any forwarding rules in place in end user email accounts (e.g. gmail forwarding rules).
For example, someone formerly in a VPM role might have email forwarding to VPE active. In this case with you set as VPE you become the recipient. Keep in mind that forwarding could also be active for vpm-1734@toastmastersclubs.org as well as vpm@friendshiptoastmasters.com

You mentioned contact@friendshiptoastmasters.com in your message. Your site config is currently showing the contact@ is not active.

Also, what is meant by "email enquiries"?   There are a lot of types of emails, so we need you to be specific about which you are talking about.

For example, if you are referring to notifications associated with opt-ins, then those notifications will default back to the admin if no one is set specifically to receive them in Membership Management settings.
