Adding attachments to New Member Welcome?

Thanks for everything you do! Cherry Creek Toastmasters 2977 uses the FTH site a lot!
We would like to automate our Welcome to CCTM email for new members by adding our club Welcome Orientation and 2 other club documents.
It does not appear that this is possible as I look at the Welcome page in the admin console.
Is it possible to include attachments on this initial welcome email following opt-in?

You can't include attachments, but you can go one better:

1. Upload the documents to your website ( support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/file-management ). 
2. You can then provide the links to the documents ( support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/linking-to-files ) in your welcome letter

Or 

1. Create a webpage (link only as described at top of Custom Web Pages module on your website) ( support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/custom-pages ) for each of the documents
2. Create a new 'start' page with links to the custom pages created above (you can be creative, add images...)  Provide a link to that start page in your letter
